Shipping Your Repair to IPS Folcroft
Please use these instructions when sending servo motors, drives, controls and other industrial electronics to our Folcroft repair center.
Before you ship
- Pack each unit carefully to protect it from shipping damage. Double-wall corrugated boxes are recommended.
- Do not use an OEM or stockroom box that you need returned, as return of incoming packaging cannot be guaranteed.
- Include a packing slip or note with your contact information and a brief description of the problem.
- For parcel shipments over 80 lb, contact IPS Folcroft for help arranging an LTL shipment.
