1. Evaluate

Send the manufacturer, equipment model, inverter or drive part number, fault description and photographs.

2. Diagnose

We inspect the assembly for failed and degraded power, control, insulation, cooling and connection components.

3. Repair

Repairable assemblies receive an appropriate component-level repair, including power and control electronics where required.

4. Test

Applicable electrical and functional testing is performed before the repaired assembly is released for return to the customer.
