Extensive ABB Modular Drive Repair Experience
IPS has a long repair history with ABB modular drive systems, including both air-cooled and liquid-cooled inverter and converter modules. Our experience encompasses ABB ACS800 and ACS880-104 modular drive equipment used in renewable energy, steel, paper converting and many other demanding industrial applications.

Dedicated ABB ACS800 & ACS880 Test Stands
Our Folcroft industrial electronics facility has dedicated test stands for ABB ACS800 and ACS880 air-cooled and liquid-cooled inverter modules. These dedicated testing capabilities allow our technicians to evaluate repaired modules under controlled operating conditions and help verify proper operation before equipment is returned to service.
ACS800 Replacement Parts Inventory & Fast Turnaround
IPS maintains an inventory of many commonly needed replacement parts for ABB ACS800 air-cooled and liquid-cooled inverter units. Having critical repair components available in-house can reduce parts lead times and helps us provide faster turnaround on many ACS800 inverter repairs, helping customers get critical equipment back into service sooner.
ACS800 Inverter Exchange Program in Development
IPS is also developing an inverter exchange program for ABB ACS800 air-cooled and liquid-cooled inverter units. The program is being designed to provide customers with an additional option for reducing downtime when a critical ACS800 inverter fails. Availability will depend on inverter model and exchange inventory as the program is developed.
